Notice on the Arrangement of Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day Holidays in 2026

Based on the recent order situation of the company, it has been decided through research that our company will inform us of the arrangements for the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays in 2026 as follows:
1、 Holiday time
Mid-Autumn Festival: It is a three-day holiday from September 25 (Friday) to September 27 (Sunday), 2026.
National Day: From October 1st (Thursday) to October 7th (Wednesday) in 2026, there will be a 7-day holiday with compensatory time off.
Normal working days: From Monday, September 28th to Wednesday, September 30th, normal work will resume, and from Thursday, October 8th, normal work will resume. (Adjustments will be made in case of emergency orders or other special circumstances)
2、 Business arrangement
1. Orders and shipments: Orders confirmed before 18:00 on September 27th will be arranged to be shipped before the holiday (if the contract specifies a delivery date, it will be executed according to the contract); Orders received during the holiday period will be arranged for shipment in order starting from October 8th.
2. Customer service response: During the holiday period, customer service is available from 10:00 to 18:00 daily. If there is a large volume of inquiries, there may be a slight delay in response. We apologize for any inconvenience caused; For urgent matters, please call the contact number below.
3. After sales and invoicing: After sales applications and invoicing needs during the holiday period will be processed uniformly within 3 working days from October 8th.
